1. Asian MarketAsian markets fell following overnight losses on Wall Street and Japan's trade statistics. Japan's Nikkei 225 plummeted 0.75%, while the Topix dropped 0.54%. South Korea's Kospi declined 0.18%, while the Kosdaq fell 0.66%.
2. Gift Nifty TodayThe Gift Nifty was trading at approximately 24,695, a markdown of roughly 12 points from the previous closing of the Nifty futures.

3. Wall StreetThe US stock market closed lower on Tuesday, snapping its eight-day winning streak ahead of the Jackson Hole Economic Symposium. Eli Lilly stock rose 3.1%, while Palo Alto Networks rose 7.2% and Boeing fell 4.2%.
4. Japan's trade balanceJapanese exports grew 10.3% year on year in July, up for the ninth consecutive month, falling short of the median market projection of an 11.4% gain.
5. Oil PriceCrude oil prices fluctuated as estimations revealed rising US crude stocks.Brent crude futures advanced 0.10% to $77.28 per barrel, while US West Texas Intermediate crude fell 0.44% to $74.04 per barrel.
6. Dollar.The US dollar fell to a new seven-month low on Tuesday, ahead of comments by Federal Reserve Chair Jerome Powell on Friday. The dollar index, which measures the US currency against six competitors, was last at 101.82, having reached its lowest since January 2 at 101.76 earlier.
7. US Treasury yieldUS Treasury rates fell on the expectation of an interest rate drop next month. The benchmark 10-year yield declined 4.9 basis points to 3.818 per cent.
